Spacious, fully furnished 1500 sq ft basement suite. Kitchenette equipped w/large fridge/freezer, two burners for cooking, toaster oven, sink, kitchenware, dining table private bathroom, private living room, king bedroom, and queen floor mattress. 42 inch roku TV with multiple streaming services included. No pets, owner allergic. Extra guest over 2 people extra charge.
Owner lives up stairs. Share front entrance, mild shared noise. I'm a p/t dad, accommodating, friendly, Canadian, communicative, no drama. Best for longer stays, quiet guests preferred.
Large Bedroom with King bed, walk-in closet, and loveseat. Large private living room, huge comfortable wrap around couch. Queen and twin floor mattresses upon request. Plenty of extra space. 3 Extra storage spaces. Kitchen has everything needed for light cooking. Towels, sheets, paper products, and usually some basic food provided. Please no smoking of any kind on the property.
Share front entrance with owner, entire downstairs suite is yours, owner will not enter unless requested. Plenty of street parking, please park in front of house or directly across the street. No pets of any kind, owner allergic

Property is as described, in a quiet safe neighborhood, in a very convenient location for Longmont and for accessing nearby locations/towns/natural areas. Max was a great host, very communicative and welcoming.

Everything was as described. We really appreciated how quiet it was. The cooking possibilities are quite limited, true to the description. We did cook a very simple meal one evening, and the rest of the time we reheated pre-made items we'd got at the grocery store deli. Communication with the host, Max, was very good.

Basement suite had tons of room for our family of 4 and was perfectly located for our mountain vacation.
