Come to this updated 2 bedrom and 1 bath guesthouse located on same lot as another rental. It’s a full kitchen with fridge, 2-plate cooktop, dishwasher and micro/convection oven. There is a combo washer and dryer in the house. The property is centrally located in Wellington, close to the Equestrian Center, shopping and restaurants. Its 20 minutes drive to the beach and golf courses are everywhere. No dogs are allowed.

We enjoyed our stay at the Wellington cottage. The location was perfect, in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. We were close to family, restaurants, shopping and area attractions. The cottage was roomy, modern and well stocked. We will consider staying again for our next visit with family.

The place is lovely. Great neighborhood, beautiful home and yard, the rental unit is in the back yard and very private. There is an almost full kitchen, with a big fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 2 burner stovetop, plenty of pots and pans and plates etc, a table to seat 4. The rooms are all pretty big with a comfortable couch in the living room to sit and a nice TV. Susan, the owner, is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

This was our first time not staying at a hotel.....it was so nice to have a small house to live in while we waited to close on a house nearby.
Everything was clean and cozy. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe if you like to go for walks.
Beds were comfortable and so were sofas and chairs. Outside is a peaceful covered lanai to have morning coffee or to relax in the afternoon out of the direct rays of the sun.
The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. This is now the standard by which we will measure all future Vrbo stays....10 out of 10 experience! Plenty of shopping nearby and the cost of our 11 days was very reasonable.
