The accommodation
• This spacious 1BR open concept features a regular Queen bed. We offer a large closet with built-in storage. In the summer, you have access to air conditioning controlled by a remote control. In the winter, the heating is controlled by wall thermostats.

• The fully equipped kitchen offers a fridge with built-in freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, oven and many small kitchen appliances with everything you need to cook and enjoy a delicious meal. In addition, a coffee machine and some food basics are at your disposal. We offer a departure for all sanitary bases. For example: we place 5 rolls of toilet paper, 5 capsules for the dishwasher, 5 garbage bags, etc. You can get more in nearby shops.

• In the open living room, you will find a comfortable sofa and a TV on which you can connect to your Netflix and Youtube account. In addition, a dining table with 2 chairs and a bench allows you to enjoy group meals - and create memories. Several restaurants within walking distance of operate with delivery option to discover in our neighborhood

• The unit contains a full bathroom with shower.
Traveler access
• By booking this unit, you will have access to the entire apartment in complete privacy. You have access to a communal roof terrace with a BBQ. Gas is provided by the building. Guests do not have access to private parking. Guests can park their cars on the street, but if this is your first time in Montreal, the road signs and regulations can be difficult to understand.

*PROPERTY TOUR*
Please note that the condo is currently for sale and viewings could be arranged. We are committed to informing you with a minimum of 72 hours notice and respecting your preference of timings for these visits.

*Mail*
You will have access to a mailbox. Packages are left in a common area.

*Airport*
The unit is only a 15-minute drive from the airport. We recommend using a taxi or Uber service from the airport.
Other points to note
*Noise*
Please note that when you open the window, you can hear the noise of the street. We have air conditioning so you can cool the condo without opening the windows. When the windows are closed, you can't hear the road from the room.

*ANIMALS*
Pets are not allowed.

*TV*
The unit is equipped with a smart TV, but does not offer a cable channel. You can log in to your Netflix, Prime, Disney+ or other account directly on the TV.

*General rules*
No parties, gatherings, and additional guests allowed during the rental. No smoking and vaping in the house and near the building.
