About this house rental
Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this spacious place. That you can relax, work, study from home with high speed wifi, big screen tv, brand new furnitures, and big kitchen.
Very friendly location and close to all the amenities, 15 mins to hwy 401,
10 mins to Brantford airport,
9 mins to Wilfrid Laurier University Brantford Campus,
10 mins to Brantford hospital,
8 mins to Brantford city hall, and close to all restaurants and grocery store and big department store like Walmart
The space
There are so much spaces to sit for dining or work or distance study, one breakfast table with 4 chairs and another big dining table with another 4 chairs, a big living room or family with big sectional sofa that you can relax and watch tv, wifi modem is there as well, a fully equipped kitchen with pit pan, plate, cup, glasses, code maker, and water filter in the fridge ready for you. We provide microbe and oven for your convenience as well.
Upstair we have 4 big bedrooms and 2 full washrooms, all room have nice fresh wash bedsheet pillow case and duvet cover. We provide a lot body towels , face towels and hand towels as well. In the washroom there is hand soap and shampoo conditioner in the washroom.
You just come to relax, sleep and enjoy a fresh and clean private vocation home.

A sisters/cousins getaway involves a lot of chatting. This was the right venue for such a trip. It was very relaxing. The inside was very clean. The unkept backyard view took away from the ambience a bit.

Nice property. Everything that was needed was there for bath and kitchen needs. Beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were nicely appointed.
Communication was very good between us and the owner.
