Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located house. Easy few minutes access to the 202 & only 12- 20 mins to Tempe, ASU, Old Town Scottsdale, both airports and downtown Phoenix.
Amenities include large pool with waterfall to enjoy Arizona weather.
* Gorgeous breathtaking backyard with synthetic turf, lights, beautiful landscaping, inbuilt barbecue grill and outdoor refrigerator, patio & furniture, ping pong table, pool lounge chairs etc.
* Super fast wifi, gigantic 86 inch tv in living room and 4 other huge TVs in bedrooms and living areas, massive sound system, various streaming & tv platforms for movies, sports etc. Couches in living room are large and very comfortable.
* Mini gym equipment for weights and cardio etc.
* Large kitchen fully furnished with full utensils, pots, pans and everything needed to make meals and drinks. Huge Frigidaire refrigerator/freezer, reverse osmosis water in sink and refrigerator, soft water in entire house including showers, taps and faucets.

Sebastine was a great communicator throughout the process and checked in to make sure everything was going well during our stay. The house was beautiful and the backyard felt much bigger than the pictures look. Only downside (completely my fault for not checking ahead of time) was the pool is not heated, and for the time of year we stayed (late March/early April) the water was too cold in the pool to enjoy it. Great overall stay and would highly recommend to a friend.
