Come enjoy all that beautiful Beau Coast has to offer in a brand new 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom townhouse. Located just two miles from historic downtown Beaufort.
Award-winning Beau Coast neighborhood offers a resort-style swimming pool, clubhouse with full kitchen and lounge, Traders with Beaufort Grocery To-Go, kayak lake with fountains, fitness center, and dock with water access to Taylor’s Creek and beyond. 15 minutes to the Crystal Coast beaches.
Downstairs you’ll find a comfortable living room that opens to a fully-stocked kitchen, half bath, and access to the garage and patio.
Upstairs has three bedrooms- a primary with king bed and en suite bathroom, a guest room with queen bed, and another guest room with two twin beds. There is a full bathroom along the hall and also a laundry closet with washer and dryer and a large linen closet.
Our home is your home while you’re there- you’ll find books, games, children’s toys, and all sorts of beach and sports gear in the garage along with two adult cruiser-style bikes and two kayaks.
