This place was so lovely and Nicole was awesome to work with! 6 Adults stayed here and everyone enjoyed their stay. The place was well appointed, beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. This was the perfect place to stay for our reunion. The location was perfect for a variety of wineries. There were 6 adult women staying here. The furniture allowed for comfortable lounging & visiting. The kitchen was complete so we cooked at home 2 nights. The fire pit was the perfect place to unwind at the end of the evening. I would highly recommend this house.

This was The most well stocked house any of our group of 6 have ever stayed in! And the ‘little things’ Really add up to me! Like good quality toilet paper! Air freshener! Comfy beds with soft sheets. Plenty of dishwasher & washing machine soap. Check in was seamless & all communication w/the owner was great! I Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Overall we had a great time. If you've never been, it's a ways away from Napa, Yountville, etc, but there are many nice wineries in the Healdsburg area that we really enjoyed. Very convenient to have groceries and food delivered. The home had everything you needed to stay for a few days. We cooked most mornings before we headed out and things were not necessarily the easiest to find (spread out all over), and a complete set of pots would have made cooking a lot easier. The home is exactly as it appears in pictures, the home is very comfortable (beds are amazing), and plenty of room for a group of 5. Very clean (we actually witnessed the cleaning ppl leaving when we arrived). We really enjoyed the outside space and the large couch for TV watching on the lazy afternoon where nobody wanted to go anywhere. I would definitely stay here again if we had no intentions on going in to Napa. The $80 one way Uber rides can get expensive, but like I said... great restaurants and wineries within a 15 - 20 mile radius.

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at Winetopia. The house is beautiful, clean and well stocked with cooking pots, pans, glasses and appliances for making meals if you want to (we made a great dinner one night). There were no plenty of Kcups for morning coffee for 6 and the beds were comfortable for all- in all 4 bedrooms. Check in was simple & super convenient to the Sonoma airport. Wonderful- I highly recommend

Nicole was amazing to work with from the time we booked to the end of our stay! The house is located close to the Windsor golf course, Russian River Brewery, as well as downtown Windsor. It's well stocked with spices and coffee. Our group of six enjoyed the firepit one of the evenings and the big dining room table was perfect for game night. We will definitely be back.

This was one of the best VRBOs that we have stayed in. Very clean, well stocked with cooking and laundry supplies. Even had markers and tape for marking wine bottles for shipping. Nice outdoor patio. Nicole even sent a recommendation list of favorite vineyards, restaurants and excursion driver. Can’t say enough good things.

Five of us shared this lovely immaculate home. My group really enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen/den area. The super comfy sofa and soft throws made watching TV enjoyable. There was an easy on fireplace which gave the space a cozy feel. Nicole did a great job decorating the space . The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of spices, cooking oil and coffee pods. This location is very convenient to the Santa Rosa airport as well as the cute downtown Healdsburg. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay :-)

My group rented Winetopia for 2 nights to participate in the Sonoma 100k ultra run. It was an easy 30 min drive to our race. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed to have our meals in and be in a comfortable space. Nicole checked in with me prior to and after our stay. I was so grateful for the late checkout on Sunday.

What a wonderful stay in Winetopia. The house was roomy with lots of space to sit and relax. We four couples fit comfortably into the well-appointed and spotless bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the walk-out patio, where we would hang out after our day’s wine tastings. For four of our six evenings we prepared our dinner in the well-supplied kitchen and relaxed around the cozy fire pit recounting our day’s highlights. Nicole was a wonderful hostess, making sure we were settled in and had everything we needed. Thank you, Nicole! We hope to see Winetopia again!

The location is perfect for visiting wineries in the Dry Creek area as well as Alexander Valley. Pezcow in Windsor is an awesome restaurant. Heralds burg is a short drive away with many restaurants & tasting rooms. The ladies loved the shopping too!

We enjoyed sitting outside in the U-shaped couch with fire pit playing games and drinking a bit of vino! Great kitchen with open floor plan - and nice configuration of one bedroom down and 3 up. We planned this trip to Sonoma with 5 other friends (including us 7) to enjoy to food and wine that this area has to offer. It was centrally located and honestly had all the amenities and comforts we could have asked for. Windsor was a great location for our wine tour excursions close-by in Geyserville's Alexander Valley. Close to Redwood Brewing, too, if you like beer. We appreciated the full TV channels selection which gave us access to watching the NCAA Sweet 16 tournament in our "down" time. Comfortable beds. All the kitchen amenities though we ate all our meals out but appreciated the Keurig and drip coffee options. Great communication and a true 5 Star experience.

We had the BEST time! You can tell how much care and love Nicole put into her Winetopia home. Perfectly stocked and with every amenity we could hope for, it even smelled lovely when we walked in. Each room is beautifully appointed and decorated -- from the kitchen to the living rooms to the bed and bathrooms. The four of us enjoyed cooking, dining, watching movies in the house then going for a long walk in the cheerful neighborhood, then off to nearby Healdsburg for wine tasting, etc. It was a whimsical Windsor weekend :)

The house is absolutely gorgeous! Clean, modern and updated, and the gazebo is perfect for sipping wine and seeing the action in the kitchen. And the location to wine country is perfect. Communication with the host is super easy and she is very responsive and accommodating. We will stay here again next time we are in the area.
