This thoughtfully decorated condo is perfect for group trips or families. Ideally located in adorable Edwards CO, 10 minutes from Avon/Beaver Creek, 20 mins from Vail. All new flooring throughout, sleeps 6. (1) primary has king bed, (2) second bedroom has a queen and (3) a queen murphy bed in the alcove near the second bedroom. Each of the 3 beds has a brand new Nectar mattress. Well-appointed kitchen includes brand new stainless appliances, chef's knives, Calphalon pots/pans, griddle, some spices. Brand new outdoor grill, table & chairs.

Place was nice and well stocked. Description made it sound like there was an extra bed but this is a 3 bed VRBO. Mattresses were excellent and shower pressure and hot water was tremendous. Garage was a plus but is small. Neighbor in the above unit is loud at very odd times. He must have a night job. Overall, was worth the money. Thank you.

Overall this was a very nice place. Clean and comfy. Beds were nice. Heated garage was a plus. Patrick was on top of things and seemed very responsive if there was an issue. Our only complaint was the neighbors were pretty loud above us and kept us up somewhat at night but they could have been short term renters as well and wouldn’t bother future guests.

Common area has a nice Murphy bed but the online description says Queen plus Murphy bed. Not a big deal, but somewhat confusing. Nice place. Little farther from beaver Creek and Vail than other locations in Edwards. Owner VERY responsive and helpful.
