The Brookview cottage penthouse is just that, with great views from your deck of our wooded area and Sawyer Creek that crosses the corner of our lot, you’ll see an abundance of wildlife to include our family of woodchucks, raccoons, squirrels, deer, cranes, ducks and more.

The living room has an expansive white leather sectional that can be reconfigured as you desire and a large flatscreen and electric fireplace.
