Step into the well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances to whip up something delicious when hunger strikes. Gather around the table to share a meal or enjoy a night of board games. In the evenings, take a beverage to the balcony to enjoy the views and fresh air.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

I will start by saying this unit could use a deep clean, or possibly just some closer attention. There were a few cleanliness issues we ran in to. Most of the issues could be looked past, or taken care of on our own. The location of this unit has perfect access to the indoor pool & facilities. It is a short walk to the beach. The main outdoor pool for our building was not clean or cool. The jets weren’t working so there was a lot of floating trash/bugs. However, the other pools on the property were in good condition. The restaurant on site was good & decently priced.

we loved this condo and the grandkids loved the bunk beds. Only thing was we could not get ice machine to work in the fridge.
