Enjoy this beautiful minimalistic deco style penthouse. Enjoy all common areas amenities that this condo offer to our guests: 5 pools, jacuzzi, lazy river, playgrounds, mini golf, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts. Just 4 minutes walking distance to the beach access.
The complex is designed for the enjoy of the whole family.

** BEGINNING FEBRUARY 1, 2025, THE LAZY RIVER POOL WILL BE UNDER RENOVATIION. THE OTHER POOLS, HOT TUBS AND FALICITIES WILL BE OPERATING NORMALLY**

The property was well appointed and the ac was cold! They provided us essential starting supplies: toliet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, and body wash! They provided a cooler, kids life jacket and toys. We will definitely go back!The grounds are well kept with lots of pools, a beach, waterslide( open on the weekends).It is a convenient location, not far from the airport, Luquillo, El Yunque, and Fahardo.

This is our second time staying at Aquatika and it did not disappoint! This apartment was spacious and clean, had plenty of room for the whole family. We love the close access to the pools and beach! Can’t wait for us to return when the lazy River is finished
