What our guests love about our listing:

- Large private back yard deck equipped with a BBQ, fenced in yard and cozy front porch!
- Our home has TWO living rooms to socialize and feel right at home with comfortable spacious couches and a gas fireplace located in the second floor living room.
- Our house features two full bathrooms and one half bathroom for a total of 3 Bathrooms! 1 ensuite bathroom attached to the master bedroom and 1 large bathroom in the hallway near the bedrooms upstairs, the third half bathroom is conveniently located on the main level.
- Only a 9 minute drive to West Edmonton Mall.
- Easy self-check-in via secure door keypad.
- 1 stall on the driveway available for parking & TONS of free available street parking.
- Lightening fast WiFi on our large 40" SMART TV which complimentary DISNEY+.
- Located close to The University of Alberta and UofA/Stollery Children's Hospital are only 20 min away!
What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home can get a bit hot in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, we provide fans for ease and comfort sleeping at night.
-Our home has a separate basement suite with a longer term tenant. The space is not shared as it is a completely separate unit with it's own entrance and the tenant is very quiet and respectful.
*Please note we are making some small updates to the furniture and decor so it may look slightly different from the pictures*
Complimentary Wi-Fi, DISNEY+, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with modern appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!
You have full and total access of the upstairs portion of the home and full backyard during your stay.
The basement is not included and has a completely separate entrance with a long term tenant.

Please note additional guests fees apply after 4 guests.
We are here to host you as a local in our homes, communities and provide you a great experience and stay in our city! However homes do not always have the same amenities as hotels. Please make sure you've THROROUGHLY read through the listing and amenities offered before booking.

All reservations will include a $750 damage deposit. This is fully refundable at the end of your stay given there are no damages.

The home was just as listed, beautiful, great neighborhood, convenient to everything, ready to communicate with host and very quick responses. Will definitely stay again as it felt so much like home for us. Thank you for a great stay on our vacation.

Wonderful vrbo. Very much enjoyed our stay. Super clean. Very easy to check in. Instructions and photos very accurate. Beautiful home and yard. (note - thermostat is locked because there is a permanent tenant downstairs - this wasn't a problem. My senior-aged dad found it mildly chilly in the evening, but there is a gas fireplace on 2nd floor which was wonderful and solved any problem. Also - multiple blankets and throws provided, so heat was never an issue). One parking spot on driveway and there is indeed ample parking on the street (as noted in the listing). Parking was never difficult to find. Overall an awesome stay, will definitely stay here again if we get a chance.

Location was perfect home base for our family while we were in town for boys hockey. Well decorated, very comfortable and clean. Bedrooms, Beds and pillows were really great.Fairly easy to get to West Ed, within 10min of other decent restaurants, felt like a very safe family friendly community. Would stay here again.
