✓ Cozy 1-bedroom apartment with living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area.
✓ You don't need a car to get to the beach. The building is located on the street where the street is built, right next to the beach.
✓ A pleasant 15-minute walk along the boardwalk leads to the best attractions. Beach kiosks, craft market, skate park, food court.
*******RULES FOR ACCOMMODATION*******
✓ Accommodation for a maximum of 5 guests, including children of any age.
✓ Pets of any size or type are not allowed.
✓ Check-in: 1:00 PM
✓Check out: until 10:00 AM
✓ Maximum check-in time: 8:00 PM. After this time, an extra delivery fee will be charged.
✓ Departure after check-out time will result in an additional day's charge.
✓ Payment of the Cleaning Fee is mandatory. Dishes and utensils used for meals are not included in the cleaning fee. The guest must return the apartment with the dishes washed and put away.
✓ Upon handing over the keys, a review will be conducted with the guest to confirm all contents of the property.
At this time, before signing the contract, the guest must check the inventory, utensils, and appliances, as well as their proper functioning. Any defects or broken items must be reported at the time of inspection and upon entering the property.
Any material damage, breakage, or losses caused to the property, including appliances, utensils, or any object located inside the property, will be compensated to the Owner by purchasing the damaged item and replacing it, or by providing a cash refund equivalent to the market value of the damaged item.
