Charming ground-level holiday home, rated 3 stars, fully renovated with a south-facing terrace and private garden, not overlooked. The fenced property welcomes pets and offers a private parking space and high-speed fiber internet. Ideally located just a short walk from the beach in Gouville-sur-Mer, with a safe pedestrian path all the way, a year-round beach restaurant, and a nearby vending machine offering fresh seafood and organic vegetables. In summer, you can enjoy horse-drawn carriage rides on the beach and rent bikes at a low cost from the local garage. The beach is famous for its colorful huts, ideally located between the wild beach of Anneville and the lively seaside resort of Agon-Coutainville with its promenade, casino, golf course, and many tourist facilities.
