About this house rental
Bright and sunny private luxury cabin surrounded by Aspen and Pine trees, ideally located in a quiet mountain setting. Far enough to be secluded, but actually just 5 minutes to bustling Main Street with restaurants, shops and Breckenridge Ski Resort. Hiking trails 200 feet away. Close to biking trails. Streams run within steps of the front door. Blue River is right down the street, the trail head to Quandary Peak is 5 minutes away.
Features: 2 large decks with forest views, 2 car garage, radiant floor heat (go barefoot!), gas fireplace, outdoor wood-burning campfire with picnic table, outdoor grill, Hot Tub, Far Infrared Sauna with Chromotherapy (color therapy), game room with pool table and Multi-Arcade game with 60 classic games,, 6 flat screens with cable, 3 charging stations, 2 Alexa's and WiFi throughout.
Upstairs Kitchen: New appliances, Keuring K-Cups coffee maker with coffee and condiments provided, and electric tea pot. Spices, utensils and cookware to cook just about anything you need.
Downstairs Kitchen/Game Room/Sauna,/Hot Tub, with refrigerator, microwave, wine cooler and lots of storage.

Allowed us to have our family Christmas in a beautiful spot. A Christmas tree would have been nice but space was tight enough with 10 of us I’m not sure where it would have gone.
No complaints. Much appreciation.

Ron was a great host, the home was very well stocked with everything you could need for your stat including shampoos, conditioner's..TP, diswashing detg, trash bags..you really won't have to buy anything.
There was even non perishables in the kitchen..so we highly recommend this home...beautiful views of the majestic mountains. We are a family of 9 and had plenty of room. We even had a beautiful red fox that greeted us when we arrived and we saw him almost everyday. We would highly recomnend this stay.

The house was very nice and met expectations from the pictures. We had 10 people, 6 adults and 4 kids for our vacation and had plenty of room. The only misleading image was the fireplace. I don't recall a description but the fireplace is fake. A real fireplace would have been nice. The heating system is not airflow and while there were nest thermometers in each room, it was cool in the upper bedrooms with 72 degrees as the max temp.There was no live TV, only streaming TV. There were four remotes and it was very difficult to access the TV. With four kids this was a challenge. Simple would be better especially in the evening when adults were visiting and kids wanting to watch TV. The biggest drawback for the house was the driveway. It is VERY steep. With lots of snow (a blessing), we could not get cars down the driveway. If you rent this house, you MUST have four-wheel drive vehicles or you have no chance to get in and out the driveway. Even with one car at the bottom of the driveway, there is very little turning around space and no way to put cars in the garage with 3 ft of snow in front. We had one four wheel drive car. We had to park two cars on the road and top of the driveway. This made for treacherous walks down the driveway on ice and snow especially in the evening at dark. If you don't know you have four wheel drive in advance of booking this property, you will not be able to get up and down the driveway. This is a great house; but the driveway was a big problem for us.
