The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. There are 6 beds, including 2 double beds and 4 single beds, accommodating up to 6 people comfortably.
The kitchen is independent and equipped, with refrigerator, washing machine, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and toaster. There is also a dining area.

4. Need to make new keys: 25€.
5. Displacement to assist in device handling (when not justified): - 40€ until 8 pm - 60€ until midnight - 120€ after 24h. • Weekends and holidays add 20€.
6. Missing or damaged items after charging the stay (deposit).
7. Late check out (not authorized or previously agreed): 70€ after 11:00 am.
