The backyard includes a saltwater pool with room to lounge, a living area (including a TV and an attached mini-bar), a shaded dining area, a fire pit, a pickleball/basketball court, a bocce ball court, and a sizable putting green. These amenities create an exciting environment for those looking for an adventure as well as tranquility for those looking for a desert getaway.

-Quiet hours are 10pm-9am.
-Once you book, we will send you a detailed information PDF with personal recommendations as well as basic information.
-Must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.
-Security cameras/audio recording devices are located on the premises for your safety. They do not record conversations.
-If you check-out on a major holiday (4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day), you will be charged 1.5x the normal cleaning fee. If it can be rescheduled to the next day, we will coordinate that so there are no extra fees.
-You will be responsible for a 4% credit card fee if you cancel prior to 60 days in advance.

House had so many activities - pool, hot tub, basketball, pickle ball, golf, billiards, pac man machine, shuffle puck…something for everybody. Very nice location close to all the fun spots in town - train park, zoo, botanical gardens, Kierland. Quiet neighborhood great for early morning jogs. Would highly recommend.

The house and amenities were amazing. My family and our neighbors who joined us all appreciated the accommodations and location on a quiet street. It had a great outdoor space with a beautiful heated pool and pickleball court that we used everyday. The pool table inside the house provided plenty of entertainment later in the evening when the sun went down. On top of that, our host (Sarah) was super attentive to our needs and very friendly. It was a perfect house for a couple of Canadian families to escape the start of winter for a week in November.

Our family loved this property! From booking to checking out the host, Sarah, was nothing short of amazing! Her communication was the best I have ever experienced. The property had lots of amenities to entertain a wide age range of kids and adults. We enjoyed the heated pool during the day, and evenings were spent having friendly competitions of shuffleboard and pool. We had ten people in our group and the house still felt spacious. We will definitely book with Sarah again in the future.
