Villa Olive Garden is located in the small town of Pristeg, which is not far from Benkovac. This place is special, because it is placed far from the noise and bustle of the city, so peace and quiet are guaranteed. The villa is not difficult to find because it is on the main road, yet it is surrounded by only a few neighbors and endless green fields that reach all the way to the Velebit mountain. It is a 40-minute drive from the city of Zadar, and Zadar is surrounded by 4 National Parks (Krka, Kornati, Paklenica, Plitvice) and the Vrana Lake Nature Park.

Villa Olive Garden is a modern home with natural materials, primarily wood, which gives it extra warmth, making it ideal for families with children. The villa can accommodate 6+2 people in 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Villa Olive Garden also has a game room with a pool table, darts and orbitreck.
If you were enchanted by the interior space, you will be blown away by the beautifully landscaped yard with pebbles and garden details, as well as the private pool. The special feature of this pool is that it works on the principle of salt autolysis, so even those with the most sensitive skin can swim because the salty water will give them the feeling of swimming in the sea. In addition to a beautiful and large swimming pool of 45 square meters with an overflow channel, this yard has a large playground for children that includes swings, a trampoline and a slide. With plenty of seating areas, we are sure that you will spend most of your time in the covered area where there is a grill and a place for dining, so family evenings with delicious Dalmatian specialties are guaranteed.

The villa was incredible, hosts were lovely, and I am very happy to recommend this villa! The rooms were perfectly sized and the outdoor area was great, we bbq’d every night!
