The address of this town house is 90 Donovan Crescent Gracemere QLD. This town house is located in the middle of Gracemere Central Queensland , gateway to the south and west. It is a 10 minutes drive to Rockhampton. This home is fully air conditioned as well as air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge. There are also 2 large patios one in the front and one in the back Smoking is allowed in patio areas only. Suitable for the the whole family to enjoy and have a peaceful stay.It has a lock up garage with remote control roller door , free parking for 2 vehicles in total.House is well maintained and outfitted with new furniture and modern adjustable plantation shutters throughout. It has ultra fast free internet with streaming services such as Netflix, Paramount Plus,Disney,Amazon Prime,Hbo, Stan and Apple TV included.There is a Amazon Fire Stick fitted to tv giving extra free streaming content.

This is the first airb&b we book during our trip. The house is very comfoertable and clean. Directions were clear. If ever in n. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place in this area.
