Beautiful heritage loft in the heart of Victoria!

Welcome to the best location in town! This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom loft is located at the Leiser - a heritage building updated into beautiful lofts in the heart of the city. A stunning rooftop patio, bike storage, in suite laundry, private courtyard, and a double pull out couch are all included. There are stairs accessing the bedroom which has 9' ceiling and a queen size bed. This is the perfect location for someone visiting for business or pleasure.

The space:

Just show up! The loft has everything you need to make your trip relaxing and enjoyable. The kitchen is fully stocked if you decide to make your own meals and if not there are tons of great restaurants you can walk too! Towels and linens are provided as well as a fully stocked bathroom including a hair dryer! Also included is the convenience of in suite laundry which is located off the bedroom. The couch does pull out to a full to double size bed. In total, the unit comfortably sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

The best part is absolutely the location, so be prepared to explore Victoria. We are conveniently located between Old Town, China Town and the Inner Harbour. Explore China Town and all its amazing shops, grab lunch at any one of the unique local craft breweries, head out on a whale watching adventure in the afternoon and finish off at the Royal BC Museum. There is so much to do all within a short walk.

In under 2 minute you can walk to a handful of the most popular Victoria Restaurants such as Fiamo, II Terrazzo, Tapa Bar, Bodega, and Little Jumbo Restaurant and Bar! The award winning Il Terrazzo literally backs onto the buildings courtyard.

We are across the street from the inner harbour with easy access from Harbour Air and a short ride to Heli Jet.

Guest access:

Guests have access to the main level courtyard - a beautiful space to enjoy peace and quiet in the early mornings or evenings. All guests also have access to the rooftop patio which has been a favourite among guests! Enjoy a different perspective of downtown Victoria from this amazing vantage point. You can enjoy watching ships come into the harbour, see the Johnson st Bridge raise, or just enjoy the breathtaking sunsets/sunrises.
Other things to note
Parking is available across the street at the city parkade, free evenings and very reasonable daily rates.

Being right in the middle of downtown does have more noise than you would if you stayed in the suburbs, so please keep that in mind.

This is my home as well and will have my belongings in the closet. There will be an empty dresser available for your items.
