This property very clean and is exactly as pictured. It checked all the boxes we needed: three ensuite bedrooms, pet-friendly with easy access outside, and fun activities onsite for a child. The resort areas have been refreshed since our last visit with new pavers and tile in the pool areas and a new mini-golf course just opened up. Easy access to downtown Bend and to area lakes and trails let everyone enjoy their favorite aspects a central Oregon vacation.Highly recommend.

Very clean. Layout was great for us and our adult children/partners. Excellent proximity to Mt. Bachelor and downtown. On-site amenities were excellent.

Poor email instruction for property location and checkin instructions prior to getting to the unit led to confusion at the WorldMark registration where the property was located. This led to unprofessional communication between Chris with Itrip and the front desk WolrdMark staff, and I as the guest was caught in the middle. Itrip should have told us it was not necessary to go to registration, map on how to find the building, and advised us that amenity passes would be inside the unit which would have avoided the issue and confusion. bathrooms/bedrooms nice size, place was mildly clean (since its pet friendly it could use a deep cleaning). 7th mountain is an older property overall, but the pool area was enjoyable. I did ask to speak with Itrip management twice but never received that opportunity.
