Home was great as we needed pet friendly and a pier for our boat. House was clean and I gave it 4 stars because we had some sewage issues in the downstairs bunk room which led to us not using the downstairs bathroom the whole trip. But the place , although could use a good painting- was great. And the rental company did try to fix our issues but it was a holiday weekend.I would like to suggest a stainless reel rack in laundry room for use of pantry items bc counter space and storage space is very limited.

Lots of space for our family (house and property). Loved the access to the dock for fishing and viewing. We used this daily. Parents of younger kids please note: bunk room and 3rd bathroom has separate outdoor first floor entrance not accessible from main 2nd floor living space. Beach access is short 5-10 min. walk down to Crab Trap and must cross street that can be busy at times. Water pressure is very low when running 2 different water sources at once.

It would be best to let your guests know there is a third bathroom downstairs where the bunk beds are. Also calling a bunk bed room with no curtains a bedroom is misleading! After finding the third bathroom two showers later the sewage backed up into the shower. Glad it was our last day!
