The pool is open from Holy Week to mid-October (weather permitting). Other times on request. There is a footpath to Lake Como and the beaches from your holiday home in approx. 2.2 km.

The lake and mountain view from the living room and roof terrace, connected by a large arched window, is particularly beautiful and emphasises the Mediterranean ambience.
The entrance to the flat is via an external staircase from the mountain side and leads into the large living area with modern well-equipped kitchen, dining table and couch area.
The large French doors provide access to the large furnished roof terrace. On the uphill side is the large, bright triple bedroom.
Next to it is the large bathroom with shower.
The highlight of this holiday flat, apart from the fantastic lake view, is the idyllic private location close to the village and the lake. Whether water sports enthusiasts, those seeking peace and quiet, hikers, mountain bikers or cultural travellers, everyone will find their personal holiday oasis here. The extremely friendly landlords, Lilli and Maurizio, are very concerned about the well-being of their guests and will be happy to show you where you can pick fruit and berries in the lovingly landscaped hillside meadow garden. You live in the house. However, you will use the pool and garden mostly on your own, as they both work full-time. For people with limited mobility, the slope path from the flat to the pool may be less recommended.
Children from 3 to 9 years are not allowed.
You can park your car in a private parking space above your holiday home. Steps lead to the entrance of your holiday home.
E-car charging allowed at the domicile. Charging station for e-cars. Surcharge €0.50/kWh, payable on site.
