The Space:
Seaside Beach House is set high on the head land, this beach house is loaded with character and offers beautiful ocean views from the large open plan living areas and the front deck. Full length windows to capture the spectacular views of Burrill Beach and the lake's entrance at Dolphin Point. Just metres to the sand and water's edge from the doorstep.
Plenty of room for all to spread out and have time to themselves to relax, featuring 2 living areas and front and back decks.
The downstairs lounge area has a second bathroom and 2 bedrooms for families or friends not having to fight over the bathroom. Also, a second fridge is located in the laundry.
A short walk down to the local shops, cafe and bottle shop. Just across the bridge is The Fish Shop (the local's favourite), Burrill Lake Cellars and the newly opened Lagom Bakery. This property is also only a 5 minute drive to the township of Ulladulla and 10 minutes to Mollymook Beach.
So bring the boat, fishing gear, surf boards and jet ski for your summer escape.

The house and location, Dolphin Point Seaside Beach House, were perfect for our sibling reunion. The views of the ocean were magnificent and the house was comfortable and spacious. Strolled along the beach and watched the sunrise. So relaxing. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Location of house is stunning!
Would recommend upgrading the mattresses (particularly all beds upstairs).
The renovations are beautiful, and the property is well kept. Was a very enjoyable stay, and we will be returning!

Property was in great location, nice views and close to lots of activities, ships etc.We hold not stay again though as everyone agreed the beds were terrible and no one slept well at all.Better beds and we would be back for sure.

The property itself is lovely, alot of room, good facilities, so close to the beach, backyard, the local area is great. Cannot fault it. But here are my issues, apparently there is no linen, ok its listed right down the bottom of the ad, I am not even sure it was on the add when i booked but it was not on any of my confirmation correspondence under conditions, its a different location on the ad to where it says doonas etc, but that also includes 1 teatowel, no hand towels no bathmats nothing, and the rental place they suggest is about $500 if you want to rent them. The other issue is that even though I booked through stays with my cc the rental company then wants as photo of my passport with my credit card, a photo, and since then I seem to have been getting alot of junk email for other holiday unit companies, so not sure but that seems a bit on the nose. The company that does the rentals though, is a pleasure to deal with, so the staff are great, just some poor process, and if you have a holiday house on the water, just get some sheets and towels from kmart.
