The duplex is located on the first floor and is wheelchair accessible; there is a free private parking space for the duplex in the basement, accessible by elevator. A swimming pool and fitness center are currently under construction.
The duplex includes:
A spacious entryway, a European-style living room with two sofa beds, a dining room that seats six, a second large modern living room, cable TV and IPTV, and unlimited Wi-Fi access. This living room opens onto a patio with a table, 4 chairs, and a grill. A luxury open-concept kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, washer/dryer, dishwasher, multifunction microwave, electric oven, 5-burner stove, capsule coffee maker, toaster, and a well-stocked set of cookware (pots, pans, casserole dish, baking dishes, dishes, silverware, etc.). Guest restroom with a small storage area
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/shower rooms, including a master bedroom with a 180-size bed, 2 walk-in closets, and a guest bedroom with a 140-size bed and 1 closet. The bedding is high quality. (Sheets, blankets, pillows, comforters, bath towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, an iron, and an ironing board are provided.)
Each room is equipped with a reversible air conditioner with a remote control.
