Your guests will enjoy this spacious 2184 sq ft home in the middle of 25 acres.
Any other day visitors, max 12 guests for day event/gathering, ONLY with prior approval by owner at time of booking. Contact owner for pet permission. Wi-Fi (600 mpbs} and 4 smart TVs, Netflix. Stocked kitchen. Complimentary coffees/teas and laundry room products, First Aid, hygiene products and a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink.
2nd floor bathroom w/ 2 bedrooms.
Solo Stove pit/grill, hammocks, croquet, kiddie cars to race down the hills. Smoking/vaping allowed outside 20' from doors/windows. Caretaker lives in lower level separate but available. No weapons.
