Located in the popular area of Fanabe in Costa Adeje, Villa Aloe provides easy access to all local amenities you may require. This cosy three bedroom villa is furnished in a homely fashion to give comfort and style.

Should you wish to head out, Villa Aloe is located just a short stroll away from the huge Centro Comercial X-Sur shopping centre which will see to all of your shopping needs. Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 130cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 70m wide. Outside, there is 1 small step up to the BBQ/dining area. The outside is flat and a mixture of tiles, stones, and artificial grass. This can be seen in the images. The bedroom on the ground floor has a door width of 70cm, whilst the shower room door is 68cm wide. The door into the kitchen is 68cm wide, whilst the door into the lounge is 110cm wide.
