Please remember that you’re staying in a apartment , not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
RV are permitted if approved before

Guest’s well behaved, house trained dog is welcome with prior approval at an additional rate of $50 a stay extra . 1 dog maximum. See pet rules in additional information.
Guest must provide dog bedding/crate and towels to wipe off wet paws .
For your convenience host can provide crate, dog bedding and (1) towel designated for pet for a non refundable fee of $100 for stay ( must request this service during booking)

This property was very cozy and home like. The owner, Natasha communicate with you the whole time you are there to make sure your stay is going well.
We were going to get a hotel but do not regret our choice of stay at this home. Everything looks exactly like the pictures, there is a washer/dryer in unit along with cooking supplies! My best stay yet. When I come back to Clarksville, I already know where I will be staying
