About this house rental
Relax and enjoy friends and family at this private poolside house in exclusive Fire Mountain neighborhood. Equipped with everything you will need for a perfect getaway. Large shaded outdoor space with heated, salt water pool and green space for yard games. Family friendly. 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 full baths, sleeps 8. Air mattress available. Full kitchen and BBQ with everything you’ll need to entertain. Large outdoor dining space. Bonus room with workspace. Very close to beach, Legoland and amazing restaurants.
2 parking spots in driveway open and plenty of street parking, but please respect neighbors and try to park in front of the rented property.
Self check-in and minimal interaction with host to keep your stay private and enjoyable. However, host is available 24/7 by text, call, or messaging through Vrbo to help out in anyway.
Dogs and cats allowed but must be okayed by host. Only registered guests allowed and lease agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Street sweeping every other Friday around 8:30am. Host will help remind guests. Music and loud noise lowered by 10pm to respect neighbors and city ordinances.

The property was perfect for my family’s needs. The owner was super responsive and helpful. Location was great, and it was nice & quiet for entire family. Would definitely love to stay there again!

We stayed at Fire Mountain from Jan3-Jan10th with a one year old, two friends and two frenchies. The property was wonderful, clean and well set up with everything we needed for our stay. Katie was a wonderful host, very communicative prior to our visit and while staying there. She made sure we had items we needed for our toddler to ensure an easy stay.
We would 100% recommend the property for a getaway.
