About this apartment rental
Set in a quiet and residential area of Porto San Giorgio, this second floor apartment is a stone's throw from the center and the beach, both easily reachable on foot.
Beautifully located with all the necessary shops at your door step, which includes a supermarket, a bakery a butcher and deli and several bars and restaurants.
There is also free parking just outside the main entrance.
Once you arrive there is no need of using the car as everything is within few minutes walk, including the train station which connects you with the rest of Italy!
The apartment benefits of a large open plan leaving area, dining area and a fully fitted kitchen and a separate utility room.
From the leaving room you can access a balcony equipped with chair and table to enjoy a glass of chilled wine in the sun shine.
The apartment also offers three bedrooms, one double with en suite, and two further rooms one with two separate beds and the third with a bunk bed. There is also a second bathroom.
The apartment accommodates comfortably 6 people.
The apartment has been recently fully renovated to the highest standard and it is therefore equipped with all the comforts. It is an ideal rental for families who are looking for a comfortable home from home vacation and a quite location.
The apartment has wifi which is available on request and for an extra charge of €13 per week.

We stayed in this great apartment for two weeks. It was just incredibly beautiful, with everything you need. The people in the place were very nice and friendly. The beach was amazing and very clean. We will come back.
The hostess was very friendly and helpful.

Thanks a lot for letting us stay in your beautiful holiday home! We loved our stay in this very well equipped apartment. Sea is in walking distance as well as the supermarket and a very good pizza place across the street. We would love to come back!

loved dealing with enrica, loved the apartment, location is ideal for walking everywhere, neighbours were so friendly and the pizza place across the street (pizza express) was so handy along with the grocery store. can't wait to return.
