Villa Ajda is located in the typical Istrian village of Foli, just a 3 km away from Svetvincenat which is well known for its attractive content and events. Villa is a great starting point for an active holiday, as almost all Istrian beaches are just a 20 minute drive and it is surrounded with forest and biking tracks. You can drive around Istria, visiting wine roads, olive groves and medieval towns. During the summer there are over 1800 different manifestations on the Istrian peninsula in which you can enjoy.
The Villa is for your exclusive use. The property is fenced, so your privacy will be complete. In front of the villa there is a big heated pool with modern deck chairs.
On the ground floor there are a spacious air-conditioned living room with a big smart TV, completely equipped kitchen, one bedroom and the bathroom with a sauna. Internal staircases connect ground floor and first floor. On the first floor you will find three bedrooms with an exit to the spacious terrace and 3 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have a private bathroom while the 3rd big bathroom with a modern tub, shower and washing machine is available from the hall. Bedrooms are newly furnished, air conditioned and nicely decorated.At the spacious covered terrace there is a dining area and lounge corner. You can relax in the luxurious jacuzzi beside the terrace and complete your spa in the sauna.
Two bicycles will be at your disposal, free of charge. Furthermore, there is a travel bed for small children. The house offers its guests a number of additional content that enrich the holiday: billiard, darts, table football, grill with traditional bred oven and wireless internet connection.
