Property was nice and clean, but the fans would not turn off. It was too cold to sit in the living room. I think the batteries in the remote were out and so it couldn’t be turned off.

great house, clean and well maintained. would not return to this property due to: 1) refrigerator/freezer without ice dispenser and one tray for ice making - insufficient for a family. 2) no dust pan to help mitigate sand cleanup3) bedrooms have 0 dressers to stow away clothes for a week vacation.

Our family really enjoyed our first trip to Cinnamon Shore. Our stay in Five O’Clock Somewhere in Cinnamon Shore South was very comfortable. The cottage was bright and beachy and we didn’t have an issue with the ongoing construction in South. The pool at South was fantastic and not crowded. It was fun to explore the developing South addition on our rented golf cart (an absolute must, especially if staying at South). The beach at a South was also far less crowded and felt very private. A few welcome improvements to the cottage would be hooks for towels and swim suits on the porch or in the laundry area, a window shade on the full glass front door for privacy and waste baskets in the bathrooms. The front door handle was broken at checkin, but maintenance quickly handled the issue.

The beach was very clean and nice. The house was very cute and well decorated. We had mostly everything we needed. Some friendly suggestions- have water in the fridge for your customers and coffee. For the high prices we pay to stay there, that’s a minimum. The house was clean except the windows and doors had grimy fingerprints all over the glass door and windows- looked dirty. It would be more convenient for your customers to check in online and then be given a code to the door to get in the home. Very inconvenient check in and out process for customers on the south side. I realize there are hurricane doors but this was very inconvenient carrying around a key on a beach. The beach chairs and umbrellas I paid an arm and a leg for should stay out on the beach until at least 7 or 7:30. 5 pm wasn’t long enough for what I paid. The price of the golf carts is outrageous and should be lowered to an affordable price so all can enjoy. Other than those things, it was a beautiful resort and very well appointed decor in the home and surrounding landscapes.
