Bright and brand new two-room apartment in the Porta Nuova area.

In an elegant condominium, via G.B.Pirelli 30, 7th floor (with lift) in front of Giardini d'Inverno. Taxi and Gioia metro stop under the house, Central Station and Piazza Gae Aulenti respectively at 500 m.

Concierge service from Monday to Friday full day.

Double bedroom with large custom wardrobe, bathroom with shower.

The living area consists of a kitchen (slightly with respect to the entrance), living room, both spaces have French windows onto a small terrace.

Air conditioning, linen provided, fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen.

EXTRA CHARGES

- Deposit €300 to be paid in cash at check in

- €40 for general cleaning

- €25 for a second change of linen

Check-in: from 08:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays, contact us to schedule check-in and check-out.
