Everything was great

A good value for what I needed -- inexpensive, clean, place to stay two overnights. Housekeeping was excellent. With a refrigerator & microwave outside the door, this made living easy for the couple days. Shower was accessible and very easy to work (thanks for the bottles of shampoo & body wash available for use!)

Always clumsy getting access to "homes" like this, but it eventually works out. Not delighted with a shared bathroom, but that also works out all right, really. I'd suggest extending the parking pad slightly to allow three cars to parallel park, rather than having to park on the street Baltimore style.

I like the fact that the home was close to the highway, great location to eateries and stores, and had on-site laundry. The owner in the beginning was very responsive to concerns; however that started to fall off. The residents that we met that lived in the main part of the home appeared to be nice.

We stayed in room 1 which is closest to the door for 45 days. Towels were provided to use but there were not washcloths provided, so come with everything that you would need. The bed was not comfortable. After a week, I discovered that we were sleeping on the back side of the mattress because there was a huge yellow stain on the front. We have to rearrange the bed placement because the bed was block the air vents causing the room to be hot. The bathroom and the fridge were not clean, so I cleaned it every weekend because the person in the other room was not cleaning it. People were always sitting on the steps that lead up to the apartment which made it awkward. Parking is limited on the property and the residential street. One neighbor expressed to me his disapproval of the home being used as a hotel. We departed in the mornings around 4 am and returned at the latest at 5pm. The person staying in room 2 gave us the feeling that he was annoyed that someone else was there. As a result, we were woken up by the constant smell of weed between 10:30 pm and 1 am daily and loud noises from people coming to visit the person in room 2 during the quiet hours. Periodically, we would need to empty the dryer because clothes were left in the laundry machines. We always returned to the room to find that the heat was turned on 84 during the summer months. During the time that we were there, the owner on a couple of occasions reached out to me to ask about occurrences on the property. Many times, I was not home during this time. All of the residents that we encountered during our stay appeared to have made this home their permanent residence, so they were very comfortable. At one point, we considered staying a couple of additional days because our home was not ready, but quickly changed our minds.
