Lovely apartment with great facilities and amenities provided. The pool was great and the flat was close to the beach as well as also being able to walk into town. Host Samantha was very responsive and informative with recommendations before our stay.

We had a great stay at Casa Palmeira. The apartment was beautifully decorated and furnished and we enjoyed sitting out on the lovely balcony that overlooked the pool. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was labelled for convenience.
We liked the area. Although quiet it was only a short 10 minute walk to the beach where we found the lovely Antonio's restaurant. We rented a car for the week (which I would recommend doing) and enjoyed exploring other areas of the Algarve.
There wasn't anything we didn't like about the apartment. However, we were disappointed to be accused of breaking the washing machine door. We left the apartment exactly how we it was when we arrived, yet the owner sent a very accusatory email on our return, threatening to take action to retrieve costs, without even asking if there were any problems first. When I explained that the washing machine was as it had been on arrival, we didn't even receive an apology.

Mooie inrichting, een keuken met alles erop en eraan. Goede bedden en een mooi balkon. Alles was mooi schoon en goed verzorgd! Ook de ligging is ideaal 5 min lopen naar het strand en in de periode dat wij zijn gegaan (eind april) was het nog lekker rustig.

The owner was an absolute gem! I had some issues with my booking.com account, and so wasn't receiving all of the communications from them. The owner went out of her way to make sure that we had all the information and help we needed. The apartment was also absolutely beautiful and clean. Our favorite accommodation when we were in Portugal. The location was good too - a quick drive to everything you might want to see in Lagos.
