⭐ Review written with the best intentions, hoping the owners can improve and do even better ⭐ The house itself is nice. It’s decorated in a simple way — nothing fancy — but it’s comfortable. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining area, kitchen, and the garage is set up as a game room. The air conditioning works well, and it has a large refrigerator, washer, and dryer. However, there are several details the owners really need to improve: • Pool area: the floor needs to be cleaned; it has a lot of mold and mildew. The outdoor rugs are also full of mold and should be washed or removed. The pool tiles look white and dull, so they definitely need a good deep cleaning. • Master bathroom: the shower with water jets looks rusty, probably from the water itself, which gives a bad impression. • Kitchen: this was the biggest issue for us. The blender is very old and cloudy, the plastic plates are scratched and overused, and the stove is very old with the paint peeling off — not nice at all. The drawers where the utensils are kept also need a thorough cleaning. To be completely honest, it didn’t feel clean, and it was a bit unpleasant to use anything in the kitchen. I’m very detail-oriented and notice all those things. I truly believe that if the owners put a little more care and love into this property and replace what needs to be replaced, this house could feel completely different and much better. Overall, it’s not bad, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The house itself was beautiful and the owners were very attentive. Located in a great area and nice neighborhood.

So there was a clogged shower and broken disposal, but they sent someone over asap. Again very attentive and helpful to us as renters. Now as for the housecleaning the home could use a overhaul deep clean and should get one every time a guest leaves. Floors, inside windows, showerheads, light fixtures, microwave, cabinets, dishes, walls, doors, baseboards, all the drawers in the house from kitchen to bedrooms and bathrooms. Karaoke in the game room was great but no charger so we used our android charger n charged to use a little, then we couldn't charge the mic. The outdoor area has mildewed, broken pool toys. We had our own. It needs a good cleaning as well like a good hose down. A hose down with cutter bug spray because they have bugs like fleas or something that bite you can see them crawling around on tables n couch. Sweeping for sure needs to be done, but we did. And a new grill or grill cleaning. The screen door on slider was broken. Last my son's Harry Potter room had no washcloths. It was okay I was just wondering what happened to his set. Please don't take anything the wrong way, I'm just telling the things that could use improvement. We loved the house and would go back for sure!! 😁❤️

Property is clean and well maintained. The decor in bedrooms is perfect for little ones. And the heated pooled is definitely worth the added expense!! The host response time is very fast. The area it is located is quiet and safe! We would recommend this place to anyone. Would definitely stay here again.

Honestly if there was anything we didn’t like about property is if you have to travel I4 the traffic on it is horrible but that really has nothing to do with the property.
