New Seabury Escape

This is a beautiful property, private with all the amenities and extras our family needed for a fantastic holiday. The quality, cleanliness and information provided was exceptional. Highly recommend staying here and we look forward to our return visit.

The home was roomy and nicely laid out.

Within our first 48 hours we had no air conditioning, no heat in the pool which we had prepaid, a grill fire due to a long build up of grease and the pool filter wasn’t functioning - the water was cloudy for the last 5 days of our stay and there was no reception for the TV in one of the bedrooms. Additionally, we thought that written instructions and/or manuals would have been helpful for the convection oven (which none of us have previously operated), cable (Netflix was supposed to be included but needed log-in info), pool floats which were included were found only days later by a curious guest checking the basement -we were looking for them and didn’t know they were there. Local property management responded to my requests only after I asked for a manager’s involvement.
