The location is incredible at the heart of the city nearby to Lot 10, Pavillion and a lot of high end restaurant. I enjoyed Damascus there!

Host was very quick to respond, informative, helpful, and nice! There was an option for self-check-in, which was very smooth. Security deposit was refunded the same day in full despite a hiccough we made. Price was affordable for being in the heart of KL when compared to other options with similar facilities.
Apartment was clean and fully equipped with all the facilities you need, even an ironing board with iron. Sink comes with water filter for drinking water. Many extra mattresses. TV has Chromecast, easy to connect to and comes with Netflix.
Accommodation facilities were decent, there's a convenience store, bakery and café on the ground floor. Swimming pool and sauna were nice to use.
View was great, directly of the city and of the Merdeka Tower, which was amazing for New Year's.
Not an issue of the apartment itself but of the accommodation management: the restrooms on the floor with the swimming pool and sauna could have been cleaner. Noticeable stench upon entering. Although the saunas were in the restrooms, the stench did not reach the saunas.
