The Food, Location And Rooms

The Timing To Rectify Issues Concerning guest complaints as I had to wait for 2 hours and 30 mins to have an issue in my room dealt with leaving me in discomfort and had to use another facility in the hotel.

Crowded and elevators

The location was great for what we needed. The 2 bed suite had a great kitchen with 4 kids including a washer/ dryer. Smelled lovely. The views were amazing from our floor 42nd.

The room didn’t provide bedding for the sofa bed even though there were 6 of us. It took 4 hours and us repeatedly asking before we got a 3 rd set. The main bed was sheets and the rest had comforter / duvets, it was very noisy outside due to location so maybe don’t stay if you want a quiet nights sleep. A real party hotel we felt, lots of young people we didn’t use the pool as it was a bit intimidating. The lift was a bit bonkers to use, went very quickly and made us feel a bit sick due to how high up our floor was.

The location of the property was a huge plus. We were in walking distance to some of the places we visited.

I didn't like upon check-in the guest staff wasn't very clear or informative on parking, etc. She spoke as if I was supposed to automatically know what she was talking about. I also didn't like you had to ask for wash cloths. I mean I literally had to request wash cloths upon my arrival and on another occasion after the cleaning staff cleaned the room.
