Lovely rooms, proximity to amenities and cruise harbour
Loud, busy reception, almost chaotic at times.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Elser Hotel Miami! The apartment was magnificent — spacious, beautifully presented, very clean and quiet, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The pool was fantastic, and we loved having refreshments and towels provided to make our time there even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, especially being so close to the cruise port. The staff downstairs were lovely, always friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. Everything made our stay feel comfortable and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami!

It has all you need if you are travelling for a while and want to do laundry
Wasn’t all that fond of the service. One of the guys on front desk (who could be duty manager) is not in the slightest welcoming nor warm. The concierge desk in centre of lobby needs to be reminded what their role actually is because they couldn’t distinguish the difference of express checking vs. full check in.
