Vista de Montana Meteora II

Opravdu milé ubytování. Příjemná a naprosto klidná lokalita zhruba 15 minut jízdy od Meteory. Výhled z balkonu na okolní kopce. Mimořádně milí hostitelé. Ubytování nabídlo vše, co jsme potřebovali. Skvělé jsou sítě proti hmyzu umístěné prakticky ve všech oknech a balkonových dveřích. Nebylo zapotřebí pouštět klimatizaci, na kopci bylo v noci příjemně úmorným denním vedrům navzdory.

Vista de Montana is located in a small village on the other side of Meteora from the main towns and only about 15-20 mins drive to the monasteries. It is very peaceful and you really fill like you are in the country. There is so much flowered vegetation that bees love being close by... don't worry they do their own thing and leave you alone. :D. The apartment sits on top of the host's house with private access and beautiful views. It is very spacious and clean with all new amenities. You can tell that the hosts really care about the cleanliness of the place. There is no mini-mart or gas station in town, so you will need to go to the cities on the other side of Meteora for supplies (about 25min drive). The two restaurants in town are both great.. reasonably priced with amazing food. The hosts do not speak English, but we managed just fine with them. They were very sweet and brought us ice cream our first night and surprised us with a light breakfast on another day. We came at the perfect time since late at night when all the town is asleep we could see the entire Milky Way arch from the SW stretching to the NE when standing just outside the house....Amazing!!!

Het uitzicht vanaf het grote balkon is adembenemend. Het huis is netjes en heel schoon. Je zit bijna letterlijk op de top van de berg. Voor wie van rust en stilte houdt een uitstekende locatie.

De afstand naar de dichtstbijzijnde plaats met restaurants (Kalampaka) is veel langer dan de beschrijving je doet geloven, telkens 25 minuten de berg af- en weer op met de auto werd ons een beetje teveel.

Me and my partner had a wonderful stay here. The appartment was super clean and spacious, and equipped with everything we could ask for. The location is also great, it's in a small mountain village. It's peaceful and quiet and there are two restaurants on the other side of the village. The view from the balcony and out of the windows was stunning. Vaios and Maria are amazing hosts! They were not invading but always available if we had questions and very eager to help. They also surprised us with some local food and drink. The best hosts you can wish for! We woulld definitely recommend this appartment to anyone!
