Clean and nicely set out. Perfect for a two day trip. Even the key safe was easy to use. Nice quiet leafy neighbourhood.
The noise the water heater kept making seemed exceptionally loud for some reason.

Basic facilities, clean, and very easy to check in and out. The instructions were clear and straightforward. The place has everything you need and is a convenient option for a work trip. A good, simple base where you can rest in a clean bed after a long day, take a shower, and heat up a pre‑cooked meal if needed.

Shower was a bit too hot at times and difficult to control. WiFi connection was a bit poor

Lovely, fairly quiet location. Easy, self-check in process and access to the property.
Room was quite compact (though the owner made commendable use of the tight space). Mattress was too soft and uncomfortable. Change to medium-firm mattress would be recommended.
