Oceanfront Condo in Atlantica Resort near Boardwalk

Location was great having a balcony overlooking the ocean was beautiful.

I did not find the staff at the desk to be exceptional. When I got there it was hard to get the lady at the front desk to come answer a question left me kind of confused where I had to figure some things out by myself. Then I had a problem with my room my phone died and I did not have the key code so I went downstairs to find somebody for help no one's to be found. That happened a couple times go down to the front desk and nobody was there to help. Also it looked like the toilet in my unit was in rough shape toilet seat look like it was broken and more than a couple times I had to take the cover off the back of the toilet to fix the toilet that would not stop running seems like the chain and flapper were causing issues. So lucky for them I kind of knew what the situation was so the water wasn't running 24/7. A lot of the outlets in the room were worn out so when you go to plug something in your plug would fall right out means that it's time to replace the outlets. Before the amount of money that I paid close to $3,000 for 4 days I think that the maintenance on it maybe should have been a little bit better and the front desk could have been a little bit more responsive and helpful.

It was very nice and great location staff was very helpful and friendly

Bed was to big for room didn’t really have space in my bedroom internet was poor

It was a 10/10 very clean and etc

I just hate the parking lot so far lol oh and yeah update the remotes

Right next to the beach! Warm pool, it was on the second floor
