I understand that hotel was consutructed for the Izmir Fair that been held once at this area, but since the exhibition moved away, it looks like the whole area suffer from lack of investment. Sadly, it needs to be renovated and updated with modern facilities, because it has a great potential to serve all kind of visitros. Amongst the things to improve are: 1. Very tiny rooms, lack of space inside the rooms may cause claustraphobic sence 2. Outdated furniture and equipment 3. Smell of old and outdated upholstery 4. Lack of parking space 5. Lack of basic and modern amenities (kettle, coffee machine, modern pillows and towels) 6. Very weak shower pressure 7. Lack of useful storage places inside the rooms 8. Very weak sound isolation between the rooms The hotel, as many others in the area, has a great potential to become an awesome and modern business hotel, and after carrying out some deep modernization it will have a second life to welcome it´s guests again, on the new quality level. I honestly hope that the measures will be taken. Good luck.
