Great location, friendly staff, reasonable cost

Location was great, right by the Eagle Bahn gondola and the bus stop. The unit was clean and comfortable (we especially liked the pillows) and there were plenty of towels and dishes. The grocery store is a few minutes’ walk away. Given the good price, I would stay here again. If they raised prices significantly, I would not.
The walls are thin and every morning we were woken up by people in the hallway. The fridge froze our food even though we tried to reduce its strength. The shower leaks water onto the floor.

I didn’t know there was breakfast...
Office opens too late for check out. We sure would have liked one of those little luggage carts...
We saw another couple with 2 little kids struggling to get everything from their room to the parking lot.
It would be easy to leave the carts in the long hallway at closing time, so they are available in the morning
