Exceptional stay for three nights , rooms are very clean and hygienic even the washrooms are in impeccable condition. After visiting dozens of hotels finally found an example of perfect staycation . And Mr. Salim a wonderful host makes you feel home away from home .
Will definitely visit again this property in Kashmir .

Friendly and personal service
The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to transport, local market just outside and nageen lake just few mins away. We would definitely stay there again.

Host (Saleem) is a nice person and ready to help always but you can’t overrule above concern because he is a good guy.
An average home stay doesn’t expect much. After 7.00 PM, it is very difficult to commute anywhere. It’s completely dark and you will rarely get an auto or taxi. And little far from the city Centre.
Every time you have to pay approx. Rs. 200-300 to reach city centre for lunch or dinner because quality of food in hotel is an average.
Major concern - Electricity, almost 7-8 hours load shedding everyday.
