The villa was very clean, spacious, and well maintained. The pool was great, the rooms were comfortable, and everything we needed was available. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is a wonderful place for a quiet and relaxing vacation.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi connection was occasionally slow, but apart from that, everything was excellent.

Нам понравилось просто все!
Очень чисто, комфортно и предусмотрены все детали. Чистый бассейн, отличная зона барбекю. Мы отмечали праздник и была вся необходимая посуда. В доме очень уютно и не жарко, не смотря на погоду. Белоснежные полотенца, хрустящее постельное белье, как в лучших отелях. Спасибо и мы обязательно вернемся❤️

The guy named Lasha was great , kind host . The price is enough fair and location is super good . There is near cafe and market . The rooms are clean , wide and warm . I will absolutely book here again .

Good point:
• close to the Airport
• it’s huge
• there is a pool
• you can leave your car inside and it’s gated
• the owners are nice
• the beds are amazing
Bad points:
• it was not cleaned well enough
• there were a lot of spiders and even huge cockroaches
• it smelled very bad in the bathroom
• the water was very slow and after 3min of shower only cold water came out
• pool area was not well maintained
• missing things in the apartment, like the AC didn’t work because there were no batteries inside the remote control. Same for the TV + some things missing in the kitchen.
