We didn't actually stay at Strawberry Fields. Taylor Made Rental Management Company discovered a major water leak 30 minutes before we arrived. They phoned us three times, texted us three times and emailed us, but I was still driving to Deep Creek Lake, so I didn't take any of the texts, phone calls or emails. Once I arrived at Strawberry Fields, I called Taylor Made and they explained the situation. We went to their office, and they offered us four alternative houses. The ratings are for Mountain Freedom and Taylor made. We never opened the door to Strawberry Fields, so only the location rating counts.
Strawberry Fields is very close to a busy US highway with a fair amount of truck traffic and a lot of car and pickup traffic. Parking is very tight. The great rooms, with walls of glass, are for the bedrooms, not the living room/dining room area.
