"Orleans 1", 5-room apartment 147 m2 on 1st floor. Spacious and bright, very comfortable and tasteful furnishings: upper floor: open large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining nook, satellite TV, international TV channels and flat screen. Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with bath/shower/WC. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Large balcony. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
