Cozy 1 bedroom apartment - Caulfield park

Ground floor was easy access for us with our dog. Bed was comfortable, good hanging space and throw blankets were nice for the cold snap in Melbourne during our stay. Communication for arrival was good.

'Dog friendly' but no enclosure or anything for dogs or pets. Parking was tight with water pooled in area. Outside unit felt unusable with no private area.

Very easy to locate the lock box, thanks to the clear instructions provided in the welcome package via email and the portal. The unit was very clean and close to my daughter's apartment, which was exactly what we were after. Very quiet and safe area with an excellent walking track at Caulfield Park nearby.

The hot water service was only just enough hot water to have a quick shower which was a bit frustrating. The pillows are also not very good.

This property is located in the Eastern suburbs which was very convenient as I had a day procedure close by. It felt as if it was more of a home than a short-term stay which I have never experienced in my years of travelling. The decor throughout was bright, colourful, and well thought out. The photos actually match the apartment! The manager is professional and addressed a few maintenance issues we had. In previous similar accommodation, this was not the case at all. Also, the stovetop was clean, the bathroom was clean, the bedroom was clean, this was all a huge relief as I’m starting to see the decline in hygiene in lots of hotels, apartments, and short stays. I highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a more relaxed and peaceful environment that is located in a safe neighbourhood.

The hot water ran after two showers and the car park is made for small cars only. However, do not let this deter you as I would still stay here again. Furthermore, I have come down from cairns where the weather is a lot more warm and hot water is never an issue so this does need to be factored in.
