Enjoyed our stay and the host was very accommodating.

Very quiet spot in a quiet neighborhood and there was a very nice cool outside seating area which was very nice in the warm weather.

Lovely little place!

I liked everything about this little place. It was a great base for my daughter and I to explore Stellenbosch and surrounds. The room was clean and comfortable and so was the bed. We slept very well. The kitchenette had everything one needs to prepare basic meals and hot drinks. There was even a bit of milk in the fridge. The room is cozy and small and there isn’t much space for luggage, but this wasn’t an issue for us. The neighbourhood is very green and quiet. One day, several families were outside playing with their children on the street, which was so nice to see. Entering the place was very easy and communication seamless.

There was a bit of communication around the parking situation, which gave me a lot of anxiety, but in the end it all worked out and I was happy to park on the street.

A gem in Stellenbosch

Decor was fabulous. Host was thoughtful. Ironing and iron plus hairdryer provided. All basics were included, ie; correct plugs, mozzie prevention, enough tea and milk, private entrance. Attention to clients requirements. Bed was very comfortable. Outside seating area was cute and cozy. I had a special request during the week and the host provided it with no issues.

Everything was great. For our length of stay, a few extra shelves for our clothes and toiletries perhaps? But for shorter stays these won't be necessary.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay

Nice little place with parking on the premises. Slept very well. Smelt lively and clean.

A little remote but no reflection on the property. It is entirely my fault for thinking it was closer to town centre. Would still recommend Lucano 1 as taxis are plentiful to get into town for restaurants.

The host, Alethea, was truly warm and welcoming. The unit was pristine and had everything thing you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable. I felt safe and secure at all times. I can really recommend this establishment. Oh, and it is loadshedding friendly.

You’re stay is not affected by loadshedding! which is a huge positive you do not find this very often. Very clean and access to Netflix on tv, as well as air conditioning.

Very, very beautiful bachelor's flat with an air-con, wifi, kitchenette, breakfast nook, bathroom with shower and braai facilities. Squeaky clean and smells lovely. The host is super friendly and effective communication.

Water pressure in the shower is a bit low, and the bed is a little worn out.

Loadshedding friendly, so the wifi, tv, fridge and lights all worked during loadshedding. Good quality bedding, towels etc. Lovely fittings and fixtures, a very pretty room. There was tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided.

Very comfortable stay and highly recommended and will be on our list for a return again I am sure.

The flatlet was very just what we needed for our visit to Stellenbosch and close to all the places we needed to be. The air con was amazing with the hot weather experienced at the time and was super quiet! The setting was lovely and tranquil and the host was very accommodating and kept us informed of loadshedding etc which was not a problem as the facility had alternative backup. We were even equipped with all needed for a great evening braai in the private courtyard area.

Was a little concerned about vehicle being parked in open driveway but no problems and appears to be a safe area.
